With true and effective empowerment a cornerstone of the Group, MFS has entered into “Association” agreements with like-minded financial services organisations in East London, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. All have satisfied our stringent selection criteria according to the MEMP Group Philosophy, Guiding Principles and Methodology, which continues to be driven and developed through Head Office in Port Elizabeth. Since our inception 10 years ago, our company has accumulated a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills and it is one of our key strategic strengths to share both our set-backs and successes with our Associates in order facilitate their growth and development in this competitive environment. In the true spirit of creating empowerment opportunities, MEMP H.O own no equity in the Associates company, however we do have responsibilities in terms of management and operation, apart from ensuring that the Group Philosophy, Guiding Principles and Methodology are correctly applied and adhered to.
In addition to the obvious benefits of sharing a successful business model and strategy, the implementation of a national footprint creates further opportunity for the group, as national companies can and are networked and serviced in a consistent and uniform manner.
