The MEMP Group of Healthcare Consultants prides itself on its genuine and meaningful empowerment philosophy and this is clearly evidenced by the make up of our human capital and the investment we put into our people.
The calibre and professionalism of all our staff are testament to the strict employment and career development guidelines set by MEMP H.O and each new employee has from the outset a planned and agreed upon performance and development program. This program includes internal training and hands on exposure to our philosophy and unique methodology, as well as structured and formal external training and examinations. We have not, do not and never will deploy “runners”. Each and every one of our team members is employed with a career objective in place and we invest our time and resources in creating as effective and meaningful an empowerment program specific to the employee as possible.
Within the Group we have a significant amount of expertise and experience, ranging from Certified Financial Planners and Fellow of the Institute of Life and Pensions Advisors, through BComm degrees, N3 Diploma’s, Marketing Diploma’s and various levels of credits at the industry required NQF 5 qualifications. We have people who have been involved in the financial services industry in excess of 20 years, as well as fresh new faces that bring with them their unique but varied opinions and viewpoints that add value to our mix of human capital and resources. We have White, Black, Coloured, Indian, Afrikaans, English, Xhosa, Zulu, female, male, young and old and we embrace each and every one of them as part of the greater MEMP Group. In fact it is one of our distinct advantages over our competitors that we fully embrace the many diverse cultures of our nation and empower people from all walks of life because our clients, our very members are made up of these many different cultural groups.
Although each Associate is an independent operation in terms of ownership and management, the collective skills, expertise and experience of all our people countrywide are pooled together and made available to everyone in the MEMP Group. Whether it is assistance with writing a proposal, to actually presenting a proposal, to servicing the client, our human capital and resources are shared amongst us all for the benefit of all our people, our MEMP Group and as a result our members and their employers.
It is an honour to serve our members, and to do this our people need to consider it an honour to be part of the MEMP Group, thus we have to create the appropriate career opportunities which we firmly believe that we do. Our people are our greatest assets and we treat them as such.
